Pyro went off inside the Mississippi Coast Coliseum as the crowd moved to their feet in anticipation of Warfare!
Mauro Ranallo: Good evening everyone, and welcome to Warfare. I’m Mauro Ranallo, alongside Nigel McGuinness. We’re just three weeks away from the biggest show of the summer!
Nigel McGuinness: Things are sure to heat up tonight, but first, we’re going to showcase some relatively new talent to EBWF, when Darby Allin takes on Killer Cross.
“Dead Silent” hit the PA, and Cross was the first to the ring. The crowd didn't know what to make of him, and gave a mixed reaction. They popped a little louder when "I Fell" hit and Darby Allin came to the ring next, his face half painted. He proceeded to the ring with an air of nonchalance. After formal introductions, the bell rang.
Mauro Ranallo: Here we go!
Allin rocked Cross with a flurry of strikes before bringing the big man down with a Yoshi-tonic bomb. Cross rolled to the outside, but Darby went right after him and whipped Cross into the barricade. He then drove his body into Cross. Allin broke the referee's count which gave Cross the opening to land a kick and a gordbuster over the barricade.
Nigel McGuinness: Darby might be wishing he kept it in the ring.
Cross went for a suplex on the outside. Cross sent Allin into the ringpost. Darby took the opportunity to get back in the ring. Allin grabbed Cross' arm and yanked at his fingers before applying an armbar. Cross got to his feet. He hit a lariat that sent Allin to the outside. Allin created separation and he climbed and landed the coffin drop onto a standing Cross on the apron. Allin sent Cross inside and hit the stunner, followed by the Coffin drop again!
Mauro Ranallo: Darby Allin with the exclamation point!
The crowd cheered as Darby went for the pin.

Mauro Ranallo: A big victory for Darby Allin and an agonizing defeat for Killer Cross.
Darby had his hand raised in the center of the ring as EBWF went to commercial.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, it's champion versus champion as the Breakout Champion, Tomohiro Ishii, takes on the Gateway Champion, Randy Orton.
Nigel McGuinness: It's Pitbull versus Viper, Mauro!
Tomohiro Ishii was well received by the crowd as he made his way to the ring. Randy Orton came out next to a mixed reaction from the crowd. When both superstars were in the ring, the referee called for the bell. The two men locked up, and Ishii put Orton in a headlock. Orton fought out of it and whipped Ishii against the ropes, then went for a shoulder block... but Ishii countered with a shoulder block of his own! The two men collided, then staggered backwards away from each other. Orton glared at Ishii, then charged towards him and went for a clothesline... but Ishii ducked out of the way, then hit him with a series of punches. Orton fought back with some right hands of his own, then whipped Ishii against the ropes once more. This time, as Ishii ran back towards him, Orton hit him with a big boot to the face. Ishii fell to the mat, and Orton stomped on him several times, before pulling him to his feet and hitting a T-bone suplex. He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... Ishii kicked out! Orton pulled Ishii to his feet and set him up for a gutwrench elevated neckbreaker, but Ishii fought out of it and hit Orton with a series of backhand chops. Ishii whipped Orton onto the corner, then charged towards him and hit a lariat. As Orton stumbled out of the corner, Ishii hit him with a kick to the midsection, then took him down with a DDT. He hooked the leg and the referee counted – 1... 2... kickout!
Mauro Ranallo: Great back and forth action thus far!
Ishii pulled Orton to his feet and hit him with a series of punches, then set him up for a German suplex. Orton blocked it, hitting a back elbow smash, then turned around and hit Ishii with a European uppercut. As Ishii staggered backwards, Orton shoved him against the ropes, then hit him with a clothesline, sending him over the top rope to the outside. Orton followed Ishii out of the ring and threw him into the ringside barrier, then punched him against the barrier several times. Orton then set Ishii up for a suplex, but Ishii shoved him away, pushing him into the ring apron. Orton cried out in pain as his back hit the edge of the ring, and Ishii grabbed him, slamming his head against the ring post. Ishii threw Orton back into the ring, then slid back into the ring and hit Orton with a headbutt! Orton looked dazed, and Ishii went for an enzuigiri... but Orton ducked out of the way, then hit Ishii with an inverted headlock backbreaker! Orton began pounding the mat, signalling for the RKO. Ishii got to his feet, and Orton grabbed him... but before he could hit the RKO, Ishii hit a reverse DDT! He then pulled Orton to his feet, and hit a vertical drop brainbuster! He hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Nigel McGuinness: It's over! A huge victory for Tomohiro Ishii!
The scene opened up with the Queen of Harts better known as Natalya Neidhart in her locker room. She was seated on a metal folding chair with her eyes glued to the television screen. She anxiously waited for her compadre, her best friend, the current Women’s Champion, Trish Stratus to enter the ring in order to do battle with Mickie James.
However, before the introduction of the participants were under way, the screen went blank. This caused Nattie to stand up and she looked around the tv in order to see if anything was wrong with it. She found the power cord and she followed it to the wall where it was plugged into in order to check for any problems, and there was a problem alright.
Once Nattie reached the wall, she found the cause of the problem. The tv set came unplugged. So, Nattie bent down to plug the tv back into the wall socket. Once she stood upright, a foot came crashing into Nattie’s face. She was knocked down with a Big Boot. Who would do such a thing? Who and why?
Nattie looked up while she rubbed her face and she saw the culprit. The culprit that stood before her was none other than the Satanic Diva, the Queen of Chaos herself. Yes, her attacker was none other than Winter.
Nattie got up to her feet and rushed toward Winter. She drove Winter into the wall. A fight broke out between the two. Nattie threw punches at Winter’s sides and Winter hammered Nattie’s back with clubbing forearms. This wasn’t a normal fight for Nattie, oh no. With Winter, this was a fight for survival.
While Nattie punched at her sides, Winter broke it up with a knee lift. She drove her knee into Nattie’s face. This caused Nattie to back off momentarily. With Nattie stunned, Winter charged at her and took her down with a Spear. While she was on top of Nattie, Winter threw haymaker after haymaker. She wanted to knock the Anvilette out and knock her out in a big way.
One errant haymaker from Winter was all it took for Nattie to reverse and she turned the tide. Now, she was on top of Winter, and she threw hammering blows to Winter, who covered up.
This time, a mistimed punch from Nattie allowed Winter to take advantage. Winter took advantage of Nattie’s mistimed punch when she locked Nattie into a Triangle Choke.
Nattie started fading. She faded… and faded… and faded. It looked like Winter made Nattie pass out, but it was just a ploy as Nattie gained a second wind and she picked Winter up with all of her might. Winter was in a precarious position and Nattie ran her full-steam into the wall. This caused the grip Winter had on Nattie to loosen a bit, but it wasn’t enough.
Nattie backed up with Winter still attached to her, and ran her into the wall again. The grip from Winter loosened considerably, but it still wasn’t enough as far as Nattie was concerned. Nattie backed up again and ran Winter into the wall a third time. The third time put a huge crack in the wall and it also proved to be the charm as Winter was forced to relinquish her hold completely.
With Winter pinned against the wall, an idea popped into the head of Nattie. She hoisted the legs and rested them on her shoulders. Nattie held Winter in a powerbomb position and pulled her away from the wall. Nattie walked toward the center of the locker room and dropped Winter with a powerbomb.
Nattie moved away from Winter and breathed heavily as she grinned over her triumph over the Satanic Diva. Nattie made a move toward the door. However, unbeknownst to the Queen of Harts, Winter wasn’t going down that easy. Winter sat up like Dracula and glared at the unsuspecting Nattie.
Once Nattie made it to the door and tried to open it, Winter grabbed her by the head and ran Nattie head-first into the screen of the television set, thus she broke it. Nattie still moved after that, so Winter pulled her back into a Dragon Sleeper and brought Nattie down to the floor. With Nattie down on the floor and locked in the Dragon Sleeper, Winter wrapped her legs around Nattie’s ribcage. The bodyscissors had been applied.
With the damage that had been done to Nattie being driven into the tv screen compounded by being locked in the Dragon Sleeper with bodyscissors, she didn’t stand a chance. Nattie faded… And faded…… And faded….. A faded until her body went limp. Winter was successful. She knocked Nattie out.
Referees rushed the scene, but Winter held on a bit longer before finally releasing the hold. Winter sauntered off and officials tended to an incapacitated Nattie as Warfare went to commercial.
"Obsession" hit and Mickie made her way to the ring. There were no skips or smiles as she looked over the crowd with disdain. She proceeded to the ring.
Nigel McGuinness: We just saw Winter buy some insurance for Mickie James here tonight, as Natalya was put in the sleeper.
Mauro Ranallo: This is nothing but mind games from Becky Lynch and Winter. How is Trish supposed to focus on this match when her friend is being assisted by trainers backstage?
"Bossy" hit and the EBWF Women's Champion came out to the stage and did her signature pose, pointing with one finger while the title was perched on her shoulder. She ran down to the ring and charged at Mickie. The ref was forced to ring the bell.
Nigel McGuinness: There's some bad blood here too, Mauro.
Trish and Mickie locked up and Mickie grabbed an arm wringer. Trish flipped out and got a heel trip for one, but Mickie reversed into an Oklahoma Roll for two.
Mauro Ranallo: Trading some pin attempts here.
The two locked up again with Trish grabbing a side headlock. Mickie sent Trish to the ropes, and Trish came back with Air Canada and then some right hands. Mickie hit a back elbow in the corner, but then Trish went for the Stratusphere. Mickie blocked and hit the Mickicanrana out of the corner. Both Trish and Mickie then hit a double clothesline on each other, and both were down.
Nigel McGuinness: Looks like Trish is out to prove she's moving on from Mickie!
Mickie hit a dropkick and then went to the top rope but this time Trish scored with the Stratusphere. Trish hit some right forearms and then a handstand into the whirly bird headscissors. Trish measured Mickie for the Chick Kick. It landed, and Trish went for the pin.

The crowd went wild and Trish was reunited with her championship. Trish raised her title above her head. The crowd began to boo, but it was too late for Trish to realize that Becky Lynch was right behind her. Trish turned, and Becky decked her with a right hook that caused Trish to drop the belt. Becky grabbed her up and whipped her off the ropes before hitting her with the Bexsploder. The crowd was booing mercilessly, but the move did its job, leveling Trish. Becky swaggered out of the ring, and went to the timekeeper's area. She told Christy Hemme to get up, and saw the hesitation in Christy's eyes. Becky only had to rear back her right hand in a fist and Christy jumped up. Becky took her chair and got back in the ring.
Nigel McGuinness: Becky don't do this!
Becky lifted the chair and brought it down over Trish's back. Trish convulsed, and Becky did it again. Trish tried to roll away, but Becky grabbed her by her hair and dragged her back. Trish was kicking her legs, and Becky drove the edge of the chair into Trish's lower back. Becky hit Trish full on with the chair again, and Trish went limp. Becky laid the closed chair on the mat, and leaned down.
Mauro Ranallo: Oh no. Oh no.
Becky opened the chair slightly and pulled Trish's arm through. Becky stomped on the chair, and Trish yelled out. Becky stomped a second time and the curtain opened, officials flooding the ringside area. Two were brave enough to get in the ring but Becky had picked the chair up and swung it at them, which caused them to back off. Becky hit the mat and locked Trish's injured arm in the Dis-Arm-Her. Trish was tapping without ceasing. Finally, mercifully, Becky broke the hold, and wrenched the shoulder one more time as Trish fell back down to the mat.
"Celtic Invasion" hit and the crowd booed as Becky glared at the officials at ringside as she proceeded up the ramp and to the back.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, it's time for our main event... the EBWF World Champion Chris Jericho and his new right hand man, Jake Hager, team up to take on the peculiar pairing of Tommaso Ciampa and Grado.
"Like A Prayer" hit and the crowd cheered as Grado made his way to the ring. When Grado was in the ring, "Psycho Killer" by Talking Heads hit, and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Tommaso Ciampa headed to the ring. Upon entering the ring, Ciampa looked across at Grado, who was dancing and playing up to the crowd. Ciampa shook his head, then stared towards the ramp, clenching his fists.
Nigel McGuinness: Ciampa looks less than thrilled to be teaming up with Grado...
"Judas" hit and the crowd booed as Chris Jericho and Jake Hager headed to the ring. After entering the ring, Jericho moved onto the ring apron, allowing Hager to start the match. Across the ring, Grado tried talking to Ciampa about who would start the match. Ciampa yelled at Grado to get onto the apron, then turned to face Hager. The bell rang, and Ciampa charged towards Hager, going for a clothesline, but Hager took him down with a spear! Hager hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... Ciampa kicked out! As both men got to their feet, Ciampa went back to the corner, tagging in Grado. As Grado entered the ring, Ciampa walked up the ramp, making his way backstage.
Mauro Ranallo: What the hell? One spear from Jake Hager, and Ciampa has decided he wants nothing to do with this match!
Grado yelled at Ciampa to come back, but Ciampa ignored him. Grado then turned around to face Jake Hager. He hit Grado with a series of punches, but Hager fought back with some punches of his own, then whipped him against the ropes. As Grado ran back towards him, Hager hit a running knee tackle, then hit a belly-to-belly suplex. Jericho called for the tag, and Hager tagged him in, then pulled Grado to his feet. Hager threw Grado towards Jericho... and Jericho hit the Judas Effect! He hooked the leg, and the referee counted – 1... 2... 3!
Nigel McGuinness: Hager and Jericho make fast work of Grado!
As Jericho and Hager celebrated, their music as cut and The Rock appeared on the tron.
The Rock: Hey Jericho, Hager!
Jericho and Hager looked up.
The Rock: The Rock has a gift for you. You see, Jericho, The Rock has heard you talking about your high lifestyle as EBWF Champion, the "champagne lifestyle". Well Chris, since your reign as champion isn't going to match lost longer... The Rock would like to raise a glass to you. Cheers!
The Rock raised a glass of champagne up. Jericho looked confused... then champagne fell from the rafters, soaking Jericho and Hager!
Mauro Ranallo: Oh my! Jericho is covered in champagne... I think I'm getting drunk off the smell!
The Rock laughed, then sipped his champagne. Jericho and Hager looked furious as Warfare went off the air.
