Ciampa: Oh, Kross. How is it that you are the one who is by my side during that victory? What have I done to become associated with you? Is it because we are cut from the same slightly warped cloth? Was it fate or chance that brought us together? Is this a long term partnership or am I going to have to sock you? Who knows these things? I don't know the answer to any of it but I do know this, I'll hold up my end. Will you? There's a fine line between unpredictable and untrustworthy. It's in your hands Kross. I can't control your actions and I'm not even gonna waste my energy attempting to do so. I can be a selfish prick if that required, I'm pretty good at that.
Ciampa closes the door and turns to face the camera
Ciampa: No, Kross, I can't control what you're gonna do, not without hurtin' you anyway. So I guess, I'm going to focus my energy on a different dude, another guy who I teamed with briefly, who I thought there may have been some connection with. Someone who let me down badly. Matt, bud. Matt Hardy. You let me down, I'm used to it. No hard feelings, well, not after tonight. For tonight you're gonna have to pay for your previous actions, pay for letting me down a couple months ago when a shot at gold was on the line. True, I've pissed away many chances on my own but that one was on you. I can't pretend you've made a dent into my psyche, not really, but tonight we draw a line under all of that crap. And your partner, the man you're no doubt going to let down... Paul London, now there's a name from the past. Man, I looked up to Paul growing up, he had an energy, a passion for this business, something special. If I was going against Paul London of days past I would be both excited and concerned. But is that energy, seems to have been diverted elsewhere somewhere along the line in the previous decade. It's bad that the biggest question mark in the match, the one who is a concern is not the two guys in their forties. Not compared to Kross. Hardy and London are proven commodities. Hmm, Killer Kross. What do we have in common? Who out of the two of us is the bigger liability? Might be time to reevaluate my value. Hardy, London... Kross, to hell with all three of you. I'm ready for a fight, I know who I can rely on
Tomasso Ciampa pats himself on the back and walks further into the dressing room. The camera pans to follow him but he extends his middle finger
Ciampa: We're done here
