The scene opened up backstage after the Royal Rumble. The Rock had just gathered his bag to leave the venue. He began walking into the main lobby of the backstage area when Michael Cole caught up to him. Michael wore a black EBWF polo. The Rock had a pair of black track pants on, and a Team Bring it, Black Tank Top. He looked less than happy to see Michael, and before Michael could even begin, The Rock cut him off.
The Rock: Michael- you couldn't give The Rock even one day could you?
Michael Cole: Well Rock I jus.
The Rock mocked him.
The Rock: "Well Rock I jus." SHUT YOUR MOUTH. The Rock just an hour ago, dropped the EBWF Title to one Randy Orton. The Rock just an hour ago- went to the back of the line once again, as now Randy Orton- champion, Edge- Royal Rumble winner- #1 contender.. The Rock- pissed. It's really that simple. You see Michael, this is something you don't understand- because the only thing you've ever been on top of is a merry go round unicorn horsey.. but when you're on top of this business, it drives you, it consumes you, it motivates you to want to be there.. to STAY there. Tonight, The Rock was knocked off that pedestal. Tonight, The Rock was kicked in the teeth and defeated by Randy Orton. So now it's time for The Rock to quite simply look in the mirror. You see Michael, the average ones, they quit in this situation. The good ones, might fight a little to get back up.. but the GREAT ONES they get up, dust themselves off, and scratch, claw, FIGHT to get back to the top of the business.. and the Rock thinks.. NO.. he knows.. NO.. he GUARAN-DAMN-TEES that that is EXACTLY what he is GOING. TO. DO.
Michael Cole took everything the former 2 time champion said in. He then responded.
Michael Cole: Well it's interesting you say that, because you'll have a chance to do just that, as it's been announced already that the Main Event on Warfare is going to be you.. vs. a returning AJ Styles.
The Rock looked at Michael intensely.
The Rock: Main event at Warfare? The Rock- AJ Styles? That's great.. The Rock loves that. Yeah AJ Styles- is another former World Champion.. AJ Styles is a man.. who is NOW back in the EBWF. AJ Styles is a man.. who is now.. going to get his monkey ass whopped by The Rock. Because the man who is in the most trouble.. is the man who gets put in front of a PISSED OFF.. BRAHMA BULL.. and that is exactly what the EBWF did to AJ Styles. AJ Styles is a man who in the past.. has waltzed his way onto The Rock's show.. and talked to all The Rock's fans about how he's the best wrestler in the Galaxy.. he claims to be "The Man".. he claims that he did not get his haircut out of the Calvin Klien Book under the chapter "how to look like a douche-rocket." He claims a lot of things, and another thing he will for sure claim.. is that he's going to defeat The Rock. Well AJ.. The Rock is ALSO on this galaxy.. The Rock IS the man.. and you sir.. do look like one of the biggest short quaffed hair douche ROCKETS.. The Rock has ever seen.. and you will never.. AND THE ROCK MEANS.. NEVER.. beat The Rock. Especially not a Rock that is past angry.. especially not a Rock who is ONCE AGAIN.. hungry.. STARVING.. to get back on track and take.. STEP..

So AJ.. bring your Karen haircut.. bring your dark edgy promos where you dig graves for no apparent reason.. bring your little batting gloves that make you look like you're batting 8th in little league.. but above all else..
