Take Over: Part 1

Post by Hollywood Hulk Hogan »

*3,500 fans have packed the arena in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The site of todays EBWF house show, just 3 days left before Warfare. Yesterday the EBWF was given word of a potential announcement regarding the I-C title match involving Hollywood Hulk Hogan. After suffering what can only be described as an upset loss to Rey Mysterio, Hollywood was not in the greatest of moods. Our special guest interviewer, "Mean Gene" Okerlund was standing in the middle of the ring about to bring out the Hulkster. The Camera pans over from a shot of the crowd to Okerlund in the ring*

Mean Gene: Ladies and gentlemen, it's great to be here in Tulsa and i'm sure that the powers-that-be have a great show lined up for you tonight. My guest at this time, was unfortunatley seen on the losing end of his match against The Big Show and Rey Mysterio. Let me introduce to you, Hollywood....Hulk...Hooooogan!

*Voodo Child softly begins to play, becoming increasingly loud within seconds. The spotlight turns on above the entrance ramp as smoke rolls out of the entrance way. Clad in his traditional ring gear, Hollywood Hulk Hogan struts through the entrance way. Strumming his air guitar to the tune of the late, great, Jimi Hendrix, Hogan is all smiles despite his loss just a few nights ago. His air guitar magicly dissapears as the camera zooms in on Hogans' face. Hogan looks into the camera as the camera man comes closer. He montions for him to come closer, but shoves him down. Hogan is seen laughing at the camera mans misfortune while another zooms in on Hogan. He procedes to walk down the entrance ramp, taunting the audience and the film crew*

Hogan: I am the man, brother! You guys think Hollywood's suffered a set back, well dude, this is only the beginning brother!

*Hogan laughs as he struts up the aisle way to the dismay of the fans. A few fans can be heard cheering for Hogan, as their are always those that cheer for the bad guy. Little does the crowd know, the original bad guy would be joining Hollywood in the ring shortly. Just as Hogan plans his right foot on the first metal ring step, a fan heckles him from behind. Not to be outdone, Hollywood turns around to the fan. Hogan reads his sign, "Hollywood is AWWWWWWful" a clear reference to the Intercontinental Champion.

Hogan:Nice sign brother! Let Hollywood make you famous brother!

*Hogan grabs the sign and shows it to the camera*

Hogan: Most must see champ in history? The only thing we're gonna see is the most must see ass kicking of a lifetime brother!

*Hogan rips the sign in half and throws it in the fans face. Friends of the fan start flipping off Hogan and yelling obscene words to the legendary grappler, but Hogan remains unphased. This time, instead of walking into the ring, he marches around the ring to the announce table. Michael Cole and Jim Ross are sitting down at commentary and Hogan takes a seat next to Cole. Gene Okerlund remains in the ring*

Mean Gene
:Hollywood what on Earth are you doing? I'm supposed to be interviewing you in the ring and...awwww forget it. You do what you want. Cole, JR, he's all yours!

*The camera pans back over to the new 3 man announce team of Hollywood Hulk Hogan, Good ole' JR, and Michael Cole*

Jim Ross: Well ladies and gentlemen, it seems we're going to be joined for commentary tonight with none other than Hollywood Hulk Hogan. I'm Jim Ross and sitting in the middle is Michael Cole and we're sure to have a great night of EBWF action for you here in my home state of Oklahoma. Hollywood, what in the blue hell are you doing out here? The format shows you've got 10 minutes in the ring with Mean Gene, instead...

Hollywood: JR, you just worry about calling our opening bout brother. All will be revealed soon enough. Maybe I can give you some pointers on how to call a match!

Michael Cole: Well JR maybe you'll learn a thing or two tonight..

Jim Ross: I can only dream that someday i'm as good as a color commentator as yourself someday Cole.

*Sarcasm. Jim Ross could be the master at it when the time called*

Michael Cole: Just sit back and show some respect for our guest. If it wasn't for him, neither one of us would have a job! I apologize for my broadcast colleague Mr. Hogan...

Hollywood: I don't need you to sit out here and kiss my ass brother, why don't you go back to carrying bags for The Miz and just do your damn job

*Michael Cole went from a pasty white complexation to looking like the brother of the Kool-Aid man, red with embarrassment*

Jim Ross: If you guys don't mind we got a show to do. Lets go to the ring for our first bout! It's gonna be an exciting fast paced contest between 2 legendary luchadores. It's Psychosis Vs. Juventud Guerrera in a 1 night only match as they are touring through the country with CMLL out of Mexico. Both combatants are in the ring, and the bell has sounded!

Hollywood
: Ya know what JR? Let's go ahead and let these 2 masked wonders do their thing in the ring. Let's talk about the one that couldn't get the job done brother, and thats Rey Mysterio.

Michael Cole: Well with all due res...

Hollywood: Shutup! When Hollywood's talking, you sit down and keep your mouth shut brother! If you wanna talk, raise your hand!

*Cole reluctantly raises his hand*

Jim Ross: For god's sake Cole, put your damn hand down. Hollywood why don't you enlighten us. What you mean by not getting the job done? If memory serves, Mysterio was the one who got the pin on Warfare and you were seen throwing a temper tantrum after the match!

Hollywood: Let me tell you a little something about Warfare..

*Cole interrupts with an update about the in ring action*

Cole:And Psychosis with a spring board DDT on Juventud. 1...2...kickout by the maske...

Hollywood:I SAID RAISE YOUR HAND!!!

*Cole slumps down in his chair as the fans behind him laugh*

Hollywood:As I was saying, and incase you were'nt watching the same match, I was in control the whole time brother. I had The Big Show and that little runt, Mysterio, right where I wanted them. He never pinned Hollywood dude! He barley got a shot in on Hollywood brother. I was ready to pin that 7 foot tall piece of garbage right in the middle of the ring before Mysterio snuck up on Hollywood and stole what should be a win in a long list of victories for Hollywood. But this isn't sour grapes, and Hollywood isn't about to waste his time on a has been luchadore masked freaked like Mysterio. There's a bigger picture involved. There's alot more going on around here then i'm letting on. Monday night was only the beginning. That was practice. Mysterio can enjoy his day in the son, because Hollywoods' got bigger fish to fry dude.

Jim Ross:I can only assume, and this is based on your recent twitter remarks, that you're referring to the gauntlet match for the Intercontinental Championship bout this comming Monday night..

Hollywood: Well you've certainly proved that you can put 2 and 2 together. Yes, I will infact be participating in the gauntlet match against The Wiz...

Cole: Actually his name is...

*Hogan shoots Cole a look. He quickly makes a gesture as if he were zipping his mouth shut and clasps his hands together in his lap as he sets his focus entirley on the match*

Hogan:Ya see brother, I'm stepping into the ring Monday against The Miz. Hollywood is gonna teach this kid a few tricks. Unfortunatley, he's gonna have to loose his prescious little title in the process. He's a little to cocky for his own good, but that's not why I wanna get in the ring with him. Having a chance at the championship isn't why Hollywood is going to step into the ring and grace The Miz with his presence. Hell, I love The Miz.

Jim Ross: Then why do you insist on competiting against him?

Hogan:Well it's like this. And Monday night, make sure you're taking notes. I need to make an example out of someone here. When you wanna make an impact, you gotta go after the biggest dog in the yard brother. Miz might not be the biggest or meanest dog here, but he's certainly proved he can bite. But this is one dog Hollywood's gonna have to put down. Ya see, Miz reminds me alot of myself. He's all about the Hollywood life style. He stars in movies, he has had his fair share of TV exposure. But in this industry, there is only room for 1 mega star, and that's Hollywood brother!

Jim Ross: Well you have certainly proved yourself in the lime light in the past, but your time has come and gone and don't you think that maybe, just maybe, it's time to let a newer generation of...

Hogan:Newer generation? I don't give a rats ass about a newer generation. There wouldn't be a new generation if it wasn't for Hollywood. I paved the way for people like him. People that make their way from the world of professional wrestling, to the big screen. I paved the way for people like him to stroll into this business and become a millionaire by living off the success of guys like me. Do you honestly think that we would be where we are today if it wasn't for Hollywood?

Jim Ross: Well there's no doubt about the fact that you had a large impact on our sport, but lets save this discussion for another time. We've got a match on our hands still and in the ring. Psychosis has Juventud down in a headlock. Juventud seems to be slipping out of conscio...wait a second, he's comming out of it...

*The referee stands back as Juventud makes it back up to his feet. An elbow to the gut shakes off Psychosis. Juventud runs to the ropes and nails a cross body and goes for the pin, but Psychosis kicks out at 2. Grabbing Psychosis by the hair, he drags him over to the turnbuckle closest to the announce table. Cole raises his hand*

Hollywood:Go ahead brother, lets hear your insight on the match if you will..

*Hogan sits back in his chair, arms crossed as he watches the 2 luchadores going to the top turnbuckle*

Cole:Juventud is pulling his opponent to the top, could be going for a superplex...but Psychosis fights back. Both men are battling it out on the top turnbuckle, and Psychosis shoves him off and Juvi lands hard on the mat!

*Hogan gets up and runs over to the ring apron. He climbs up and distracts the ref. Psychosis climbs down and gets in Hogans face, but Hogan sends him down with a hard right hand as the ref calls for the bell*

Jim Ross: Hogan has caused a disqualification, and Psychosis is going to pick up the victory. What the hell does he think he's doing?!?

*Hogan goes between the ropes and enters the ring. The ref signals for him to go to the back, but Hogan grabs him by the collar and throws him over the top rope and he hits the floor*

Jim Ross: And the referee goes down hard! We need to get security out here damnit!! Hogans out of control!!

*Hogan picks Juventud Guerrera up and hits a hard body slam. He bounces off the ropes and hits the big legdrop. Hogan brushes his hands together as he smiles for the camera. The crowd boo's loudly as he grabs mic*

Hogan:SHUTUP!! You fans don't deserve a match. You can all kiss my ass. As long i'm here, i'm gonna play by my rules. Rule numero uno, no more of this masked luchadore crap. If I wanna see cheap gymnastics, i'll head down to the local strip club and grab a front row seat for The Miz's mother. Now sit back, because Hollywood's got a few matters that need his attention

*Hogan put his hands to his side as he is met with a chorus of boo's. Hollywood grins ear to ear while he holds the mic up in the air, to pick up on the crowd's jeers*

Hollywood:You think I give a damn about what you think. You're all here to see Hollywood. You're all here to worship the ground that I walk on, so get on your knees and bow down to Hollywood. Miz, if you think for a second you're gonna walk out of Warfare with the Intercontinental title still strapped to your skinny little waist, then your dreaming dude. I'm gonna pin you in the middle of this ring, and after I take away your prescious title, i'm gonna throw it in the trash where it belongs. Or better yet, I know a guy that might be interested in wearing it. I know a guy that made that championship famous. A guy that competed for it back in the good old days of our business. As a matter of fact, that guy is here right now. Come on out here brother!

*The camera shoots over to the entrance way as a red glow eminates from the entrance way. Familar lyrics fill the arena. "Wolfpac is back causing mass destruction..." rolls off the tounge almost as smoothly as our newest talent walks out from behind the curtain. Scott Hall makes his way down the aisle as the crowd pops! Arms out to his side, he slowly creeps past the fans. The camera man goes up close as Scott Hall slicks his hair back, and throws his iconic toothpick at the camera. Hall has a few quick words for the audience at home*

Hall:Looks like the boys are back in town. Lets get this party started!

*Hall makes his way to the ring. Dressed in blue jeans and a black T-shirt with the word "Outsiders" in red lettering across his shirt, he walks up the steel steps and wastes no time getting into the ring. He sticks his arms out to his side, like he would as if he were to deliver his finished to an opponent. He gives the wolfpac hand sign to Hogan and grabs the mic*

Scott Hall:*Hall leans on the top rope, with the microphone held up to his mouth. He pauses for a moment before giving the crowd the 2 words they've been waiting for*Hey yo!

*The crowd pops again*

Scott Hall: Survey time! How many of you guys came here to see a bunch of masked freaks?

*Crowd Cheers*

Scott Hall:Alright, alright. Now, how many of you came here to see Hollywood and one half of the original wolfpac?

*Big mixed reaction from the crowd*

Scott Hall:Survey says...1 more...for the bad guys!!!! I'm here in the EBWF for 1 thing and 1 thing only. Like my good friend Mr. Hogan, it's all about whose got the power. We're here in the EBWF for total control. Now me, I'm here to help make sure that Hollywood gets what Hollywood wants. Call me a hired gun if you will, but it's all about the benjamins. And Hogan is definatley good at footing the bill. Now along the way, I might have to smack a few of these guys around that we got hiding out in the back. And Monday night, at Warfare, someone went and signed me up to take on "The Franchise" Shane Douglas. Now, the only franchise in the EBWF is right here in the ring, and I sure as hell ain't talking about this loser laying flat on his back at Hogan's feet. We came here to do what we do best. And what we do best...is whatever we wanna do!

*Hall walks over to Juventud Guerrera and arrogantly kicks his leg. He continues to lie motionless on the canvas. On the outside, the ref has made his way to his feet as Jim Ross has a few words for the camera*

Jim Ross:These guys have no respect for authority! It's bad enough we got Hulk Hogan on a power trip, but it seems as if he has brought in former nWo cohort, Scott Hall into the mix! Who do these guys think they are?

Michael Cole:These guys aren't just anybody! They made this sport what it is today. Hogan took this sport from the gutter to the penthouse and Hall basically invented the ladder match! We need to show these guys the respect they deserve!!

*Cole stands up and claps as JR puts his head down*

jim Ross: I thought you were supposed to raise your hand Cole?

Michael Cole:You're a big man when Hogan is sitting next to us aren't ya? Why don't you go in the ring and voice your opinion to those two! See how far that gets you JR, or are you too afraid to be humiliated in your own backyard?

Jim Ross:Alright, damnit! I will!

*Jim Ross throws down his head set and walks over to the fallen ref whom has made it to his feet, leaning on the side of the ring. He tries to help him while shouting at Hogan and Hall in the ring*

Hall: You got something to say to me old man? How bout I come out there and slap your face straight, fix that gimp lip of yours!

*JR glares at Hall, shaking his head as Hollywood laughs on. Hall exits the ring and walks over to JR and the ref. JR backs off and Hall rolls the referee back into the ring. Hogan lays ontop of Juventud, demanding the referee makes a 3 count*

Hogan:COUNT DAMNIT!!!1,2,3 lets go!

*The referee slowly makes a 3 count and signals for the bell to be rang. Hall slides in underneath the bottom rope and raises the hand of Hollywood, pointing at him with the other hand. The crowd lays on the boos hard and heavy. The 2 of them embrace in the middle of the ring for a moment before Hall raising both of their arms again. Hogans drops his arms as he exits the ring. Hall remains behind, and delivers a swift kick to the gut of the referee. He walks over to the middle of the ring, and signals for the Outsiders Edge. He positions the referee, lifts him up over his head and drops him hard. Hall grabs the mic*

Scott Hall:This is just the beginning. And in the words of The Miz "I came to play"!

*Hall exits the ring and meets Hogan in the aisle way. They walk backwards up the entrance ramp, while talkin into the camera man following suit*

Hogan:Me and this man right here, we're taking over. And we're doing it one jabroni at a time brother. Douglas, Miz, the rest of the EBWF, take note. Hollywood and Scott Hall are here to stay brother. When ya got the bad guy, and when you're running with Hollywood, you're running with us...4-life brother!!

*Hogan and Hall laugh it up as they dissapear behind the curtain. A replay shows Scott hall delivering the Outsiders Edge to the referee. Medical staff are in the ring attending to the fallen referee as the camera fades to black*
