Xavier Woods was well-rested having the entire week off. It was needed after he was destroyed by the EBWF champion Miz. It gave him great joy to sit back and actually enjoy the breakout tournament with some surprising results. However, it was back to in the ring action for King Xavier as he arrived at Rogers Place. The fans had no idea it was a special night for them. King Xavier had a special announcement for them as he made his way to the ring. His music hits as the red carpet was rolled out as he follows it to the steps. Xavier walks up and into the ring as the crowd hails to the king. He stands in the middle while lifting the microphone to his lips he smiles.
King Xavier: Good evening, Edmonton it is a pleasure to be standing here in front of you. Tonight, is a very special night for each of you. As you know I have a match against Randy Orton this evening someone who does not need an introduction. However, that being said each of you will take part in social hour.
The fans look around wondering what he means.
King Xavier: Everyone who follows me on Twitter and Facebook can submit a question about my match tonight. The deadline is one hour from now. So let your voices be heard and if you don't follow me then shame on you and find me! I will be backstage waiting and come back when I have selected the lucky fans.
The fans cheer as Xavier exits the ring and heads backstage following his social media accounts. He notices some really good questions and some silly ones but variety is never a bad thing. Once the hours Xavier goes back to the ring this time with his throne being placed in the ring. He sits on the throne and kicks his feet up and speaks to his loyal subjects.
King Xavier: Glad to see you again Edmonton time flies when you're having fun, doesn't it? I got exactly one thousand questions about my match and that is amazing. It truly blows my mind how you guys always step up when asked. Now that I have your attention once more shall we continue to the questions and see who the chosen ones are.
His loyal subjects clap and cheer some even scream. Once they quiet down he reads the first question.
King Xavier: Congratulations to @Ginger-Delight39 for being selected by yours truly. @Ginger-Delight39 asks "Even though you lost to The Miz do you still feel confident going forward? This is a huge match for you wouldn't you agree in regards to your momentum for Fallout?"
He pauses for a moment.
King Xavier: That is a great question so let's address it shall we? Yes, yours truly lost to The Miz two weeks ago in the main event. It was the first time I've been on the wrong side of the decision. I admit Miz surprised me with his talent and I give him credit. He had a game plan and executed it perfectly. Even though I was humiliated and humbled I remain confident @Ginger-Delight39. Why would I not be confident this business is going to give you a curveball once in a while. Bumps and bruises are going to happen but I am stronger because of this moment. The Miz did me a favor by defeating me and Randy Orton is going to see the difference. Maybe I was becoming too confident and believed my own hype and it happens. I am now focused more than ever Randy and @Ginger-Delight39 every match is huge for me but Randy wants nothing more than to destroy me. He wants to see me crushed and broken. Making me doubt that I belong here but you know what Randy. I am the Breakout champion for a damn reason. It's because I put the work in and take pride in what I do. In a way, you can say I want to be like you. The moment my name is announced my opposition realizes they are in trouble. You've lost a step or two though Randy. Thank you @Ginger-Delight39 for the question.
He takes a moment looking at the crowd before he continues on with the next question
King Xavier: @Loving_life35 ask "Randy Orton deserves respect wherever he is. Do you respect Randy Orton and what do you want from him in this match?"
He grabs a bottle of water taking a small sip.
King Xavier: @Loving_life35 you ask a very legit question. One would think that respect is given with Randy Orton and you are correct. I have always respected those who have come before me and paved success. It is not something most can do in the industry without difficulty including myself. When I look at Randy Orton there is a Hall of Fame mentality and product, he brings out in everyone. It is what he expects and that is fine with me. @Loving_life35 Respect is not promised but given until abused and once that chain is broke it's hard to get it back. The Randy Orton I want is old school. I don't want a soft version of him because it doesn't do me justice.
The crowd chants and vibrate the Rogers Centre. He suddenly stands to his feet as he points to the big screen as a special video from the next user pops on.
@Brimili: Thank you Xavier for being a great leader and someone the children can count on. It's so hard to find that these days. My question for you is this. What motivates you in this match? Each week is someone different and yet you never grow bored and that is impressive. So, what's the deal?"
The video cuts off as the camera cuts back to King Xavier. He paces back and forth bringing the microphone to his lips again.
King Xavier: @Brimili that is a great question and very loaded. I can take it anywhere I want but no worries I have the perfect answer. What motivates me against Randy Orton and everyone else I compete against is my desire and fire burning deep inside me. Have you ever wondered why people struggle and go through the motion never getting anywhere? It's because they have no direction in life and that's not me. King Xavier has the determination to be successful and stay relevant for as long as it takes. I appreciate you finding what I do impressive but this is another day in the office. You see Randy Orton you've never fought a king like me before. You will drop to one knee and acknowledge me and look to me for guidance. The deal is this @Brimili King Xavier has an undetermined opponent at Fallout but right now it's about Randy Orton. I cannot control the past or the future just the present. Thank you for the video and I have time for one more question.
He stands there silent before sitting once more.
King Xavier: The last question belongs to @KingLawler the original king himself reaching out to me very nice indeed. His question is what can you do to Randy Orton that no one else has? I think that answer is simple @KingLawler he needs to cry and show he is not the viper he claims. There is nothing tough about him once you break him down. He is going to prove on Warfare that he is a fake and it's up to me to expose it. Yes, I take a big game each week but most of the time I've delivered and this is no different Randy.
The throne is removed by a group of men as he stands there making a closing statement.
King Xavier: Randy I don't care that you feel RKO is a deadly move. You won't get the chance to use it I promise you that and without that, you're doomed. King Xavier does not need a finisher to beat you. I already have the advantage mentally and that's all I need. Try whatever you want but the reality of your situation is that King Xavier has a counter for everything you will give him. Best of luck "Viper" you'll need it. Thank you again to everyone who sent in questions there will be another session soon but until then enjoy Warfare and what the king will do.
He exits the ring gracefully and disappears backstage as the show begins.
