More details are coming out now, as S.W.A.T. teams and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department continue to investigate the mass shooting at 10 S. Broadway in downtown St. Louis. Little is known of the shooter, other than to say he had a large stockpile of ammunition, and a single semi-automatic handgun. Police have not yet concluded their investigation on the motives of the shooter, and it is being reported now that the assailant is dead, gunned down in a firefight, presumably with the police.
Casualties are still being officially reported as victims are being treated at local area hospitals, and as such the police have not yet released a full list of the deceased, however one of the victims confirmed to be fatally wounded was Isabella Ikeda, 16. Isabella was the daughter of Wes Ikeda, the Owner and CEO of EBWF. It was being initially reported that Wes Ikeda was also fatally wounded in the shooting, however that has been proven to be inaccurate, although no details of the company owner's condition is being released at this time.
