Mauro Ranallo: Get ready folks… it’s time for Warfare!

“Hybrid Flow” hit and the crowd booed as TH2 headed to the ring.

Nigel McGuinness: Kicking things off tonight we’ve got The Hybrid 2, Angelico and Jack Evans, making their EBWF debut against the team of Kevin Steen and Samoa Joe!

After Samoa Joe and Kevin Steen had made their way to the ring, the referee called for the bell. Angelico and Samoa Joe started the match, and as the bell rang Angelico tried to shove Joe… but Joe didn’t move! Joe retaliated with a series of right hands, then whipped Angelico against the ropes before hitting a hip toss. As Angelico got to his feet, Joe lifted him over his shoulders, hitting a huge Samoan drop.

Mauro Ranallo: Mamma Mia! That shook the ring!

Joe hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1… 2… Angelico kicked out! As Joe got to his feet, Kevin Steen tagged himself in. Joe looked at him, surprised, then reluctantly climbed onto the ring apron. As Steen entered the ring, Angelico hit him with a superkick, then tagged in Jack Evans. Evans climbed to the top rope, and as Steen got to his feet, Evans hit him with a diving crossbody! Evans hooked both legs and the referee counted - 1… 2… Steen kicked out!

Nigel McGuinness: Evans and Angelico call themselves The Hybrid 2 because of their hybrid of styles… Angelico is a submission specialist, while Jack Evans is a high-flier, and you have to wonder how Kevin Steen will deal with the speed of Jack Evans.

As both men got to their feet, Evans jumped up onto Steen’s shoulders, going for a hurricanrana… but Steen countered it, hitting a powerbomb into the turnbuckles! He pulled Evans away from the ropes, and hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1… 2… Evans kicked out! Steen shook his head in frustration, then tagged in Samoa Joe. Upon entering the ring, Joe threw Evans back into the corner, sat him on the top rope, then hit the Muscle Buster! He hooked the leg and the referee counted - 1… 2… Angelico broke up the count!

Mauro Ranallo: Angelico making the save just in time!

As Angelico attacked Joe, Kevin Steen tried to enter the ring, but the referee stopped him from doing so. As Steen argued with the referee, Angelico stretched out Joe’s leg and hit a double foot stomp onto his ankle, then pulled Evans towards their team’s corner and climbed back onto the ring apron. As soon as the referee turned around, Angelico tagged himself in. He immediately ran across the ring, hitting Steen with a high knee and knocking him off the apron, then went back to Samoa Joe and put him in the Navarro Death Roll! Joe was unable to get to the ropes, and he tapped out.

Nigel McGuinness: It’s over! An impressive victory for The Hybrid 2, with Angelico making Samoa Joe submit!

Angelico and Jack Evans celebrated, then made their way to the back as a video package played recapping the highlights of the match.

Warfare cut to the Coalition's locker room where Renee Young was standing by with Liv Morgan. Behind them, Alexa Bliss was sitting in a chair watching something on the TV.

Renee Young: Liv, last week you and Alexa teamed up to take on Trish Stratus and Natalya. Unfortunately, despite your best efforts, you came up short.

Liv immediately put her hands up.

Liv Morgan: Woah, Renee you might want to be careful what ya say.

Liv pointed at Alexa.

Liv Morgan: She can still hear ya.

Renee Young: Sorry, now after last week what's next for you two?

Liv took a deep breath.

Liv Morgan: Well Renee, we're obviously upset about what happened last week, but it's time to focus on new things, more specifically the Queen Of The Ring tournament. You know Renee, my mom used to tell me that sometimes when ya lose it's best to move on and think positively.

As Liv finished her statement Alexa walked up.

Renee Young: Alexa?

Alexa looked at Renee and smiled.

Alexa Bliss: Don't worry Renee, I'm thinking positively.

Alexa chuckled as Liv turned to her.

Liv Morgan: Well Lex, do you want to go get Slurpees?

Alexa Bliss: Definitely.

Liv squealed in excitement as she and Alexa walked out and Warfare went to commercial break.

MATCH TWO

The crowd booed as Jade Cargill made her entrance.

Nigel McGuinness: Well this crowd isn't being very polite to Jade Cargill, Mauro.

Mauro Ranallo: If Jade continues to associate with Dynasty, I don't suppose they'll be cheering for her anytime soon.

Once Jade was introduced, "Celtic Invasion" hit and Becky came to the ring to thunderous applause.

Mauro Ranallo: She has vanquished her nemesis and now Becky Lynch can move on. Her next challenge, Jade Cargill.

Becky got into the ring as the bell rang. Becky pushed Jade, but Jade pushed Becky down. Becky reached up for her, as Jade grabbed her and took her down. A slap from Jade and she followed it up with a shoulder tackler to take Becky down. Jade landed a standing moonsault. She went for the cover but Becky kicked out. Becky rolled to the outside. Jade grabbed her but Becky hit a jaw breaker. Becky grabbed Jade by the head but Jade grabbed Becky and slammed her into the ring post. Nigel McGuinness: The strength of Jade Cargill!

They batted back into the ring, and Becky hit a reverse DDT. She went for the cover but Jade kicked out. Becky landed a clothesline. She went for the cover but Jade kicked out. 3!

Nigel McGuinness: Becky Lynch has usurped Jade Cargill.

Mauro Ranallo: Dynasty is going to have something to say about this.

Becky's arm was raised in victory as she celebrated in the ring. The tron lit up, showing King Xavier on his way to the ring as Warfare went to commercial.

King Xavier stood in the ring. He was not his fun-loving self, in fact, the fans noticed a different side of him coming out. He turns toward the ramp bringing the mic to his lips.

King Xavier: I apologize for what I am about to say. Everybody here knows I am a laid-back guy without a worry in the world. However, Kane did not get the memo. In fact, he wants to give me a sinister message. He wants to threaten bodily harm against me. Kane wants to tell me I am going to burn.

He begins pounding his chest.

King Xavier: Your career in EBWF is going to get a reality check Kane. No one threatens me or my family with physical harm and gets away with it. It's not my fault your parents left you to die because you shamed them just by being born. In fact, how about you get your Big Red Machine butt out here, and let's make something official. I have a feeling you want something everyone else has tried.

He holds up the Breakout Title with a smile.

King Xavier: Are you worthy of this? No. Do I want you to have a shot? Yes, but it will be earned so if you think intimidation is going to work you're sadly mistaken.

He was about to continue when suddenly the stage erupted in flames and the tron showed "The Big Red Machine" backstage laughing.

Kane: It seems that my message has gotten to you Xavier. You're right I do want a shot at your championship but it's about more than that. You see, ever since you won that title at Christmas Eve Of Destruction I've felt this urge to challenge you but I stopped myself and allowed Christian Cage to have his rematch and you won that too.

Kane chuckled.

Kane: After Fallout I got that urge again and with no gold in The Coalition at the moment I have decided to act. Xavier, I am officially challenging you to a Breakout Championship match and if you want to do something to my face well...

The lights in the arena went black for a few moments until they came back with Kane standing behind Xavier.

Xavier looked up at him smiling. He lifted the title up high and yelled.

Xavier Woods: LETS GO!!!!!!!!

They continued to lock eyes, Xavier being a fearless champion. Kane laughed, brought his arms up and slammed them back down, igniting the ring posts as "Slow Chemical" played.

Mauro Ranallo: King Xavier might be biting off more than he can chew by accident Kane's challenge.

Nigel McGuinness: Kane is determined to bring gold back to The Coalition and Xavier Woods is the unlucky champion of his choice.

Kane continued to laugh at Xavier as he left the ring and Warfare went to commercial break.

MATCH THREE

Image

As Warfare returned from the commercial break, “Joy” by Santana and Chris Stapleton hit and the crowd cheered as Shaul Guerrero made her way to the ring for the next match.

Nigel McGuinness: Here she is, the artist formerly known as Raquel Diaz, Shaul Guerrero! The former Women’s Champion will be taking on her old rival Leva Bates tonight.

After Christy Hemme had introduced her, Shaul smiled and stood in the center of the ring, staring down the ramp as she awaited the arrival of her opponent. “Geek” by MC Chris hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Leva Bates stepped out onto the stage. Leva took her time walking down the ramp, which seemed to frustrate Shaul Guerrero.

Mauro Ranallo: Leva making Shaul wait… hey wait a minute!

The camera cut to the ringside area, where Britt Baker had just hopped over the ringside barrier. She slid into the ring behind Shaul and attacked her, knocking her down to the mat! The crowd booed as Leva rushed to the ring, and Leva and Britt began double-teaming Shaul.

Nigel McGuinness: It appears Britt Baker has outsmarted Shaul Guerrero…

Mauro Ranallo: Outsmarted? This was a set up, Nigel! It’s cowardly rather than clever!

Leva climbed to the top rope, and after Britt had hit Shaul with a suplex, Leva hit a diving leg drop. Britt then placed the Women’s Championship in the center of the ring, and Leva dragged Shaul towards Britt and the title. Britt set Shaul up for the Curb Stomp onto the title… but before she could hit it, “Blood and Glory” blasted over the PA system. Britt quickly turned her head towards the stage, suddenly looking very concerned.

Nigel McGuinness: It can’t be, can it?

The arena erupted as Thunder Rosa stepped out onto the stage! She pointed at Britt Baker, then ran towards the ring! Britt quickly slid out of the ring, and as Rosa entered the ring Leva charged towards her, going for a clothesline. Rosa ducked out of the way, then grabbed Leva and lifted her up, hitting the Fire Thunder Driver!

Mauro Ranallo: What was that you were saying about Britt outsmarting Shaul, Nigel? It seems the third-generation wrestler had an ace up her sleeve, and that ace is Britt’s longtime rival, Thunder Rosa!

Rosa challenged Britt to fight her, but Britt shook her head and retreated up the ramp. Shrugging, Rosa helped Shaul to her feet, and the two women hugged as a promo for Total Supremacy began to play.

MATCH FOUR

"Better Than You" hit and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as their favorite heel, MJF made his way to the ring. He did not take his eyes off the ring as the boos started to rain down. Once he was between the ropes, he threw out both arms which only brought more heat. MJF's entrance was cut short when the glass broke and Stone Cold Steve Austin came through the curtain to thunderous applause. He had his sights set directly on MJF and rolled into the ring under the bottom rope. The referee rang the bell right away.

Nigel McGuinness: Barbwire boards, strands of barbed wire... the weapon is already all over the ring!

Mauro Ranallo: Here we go!

Austin took MJF him down and hit a series of rights that sent the crowd into a frenzy. The referee pulled him off but Austin didn't care and hit a series of clotheslines and elbows in the corner. MJF poked Austin’s eyes to a chorus of boos, but ran into a series of arm drags from Austin. Austin hit a hip toss and then a big backdrop. Austin chopped MJF and went for a backdrop and as MJF went for a kick Austin swept his legs.

Mauro Ranallo: And Steve Austin is showing that he hasn't missed a step.

Nigel McGuinness: It's only a matter of time before MJF solves the puzzle of Steve Austin!

Austin moved to stomp MJF but MJF bitch slapped the hell out of him only for Austin to respond in kind! Austin flipped MJF the double birds and looked as if he were about to haul off and slap him again, but MJF pulled Austin into the turnbuckles by his tights and beat him down right on top of a barbed wire board. MJF stomped on Austin’s hand and put him in a top wristlock. Barbed wire was digging into Austin's hand, but Austin fought him off and then rolled him up for two. Austin followed up with a backslide into another barbed wire board for two but MJF used a wristlock to slam Austin to the mat.

Nigel McGuinness: There you go, Maxwell.

Austin hit a huge takedown clothesline out of the corner but couldn’t get up to make a cover as MJF had worked that arm over far too much. Austin hit a series of clotheslines and a stomp to the midsection. Austin threw MJF into the turnbuckle repeatedly. Austin picked up a strand of barbed wire and began pummeling MJF in the forehead, but MJF fought out only to eat a Stunner from Austin!

2...

Mauro Ranallo: No good! MJF kicks out!

MJF was on his feet, and clotheslined Austin. Austin tried to get up, but MJF laid into him, before rolling over into the Salt of the Earth.

Nigel McGuinness: MJF has been wearing that arm down the entire match! Can Austin hold on?

Austin was unable to overcome and was sent tapping. The bell rang.

Christy Hemme: Here is your winner via submission, Maxwell Jacob Friedman... MJF!

The crowd booed as MJF got to his feet.

Mauro Ranallo: You have to think MJF is a front runner for the King of the Ring tournament.

Nigel McGuinness: Of course he is, Mauro!

The camera focused on MJF raising both arms in victory as Warfare went off the air.
