Riddle had done it - he was two wins away from becoming the EBWF King of the Ring with a shocking upset over EBWF legend, Edge. Standing in his way were 4 competitors that were knocking on the door of becoming real players on the EBWF depth chart. His first matchup would be vs Xavier Woods and if he were to be successful he would meet either Christian Cage or MJF. He seemed confident as it was a so far so good mentality that could sum up his early days in the company. One might be worried about a drop off, but Riddle was not the type to worry about much of anything.

The scene opened up in the condo of Alex Riley- he sat on a love seat wearing a black t shirt and white Nike shorts. Riddle sat across from him with a baby blue button up - unbuttoned- and light grey shorts. Riddle dinner a light grey matching snap back on backwards as he had a shit eating grin on his face as he stared at Riley who looked extremely concerned. There were several beats before anyone spoke- finally - Riley broke the silence.

Alex Riley: I can’t believe you beat Edge…

Riddle chuckled.

Riddle: Believing is 7/8ths achieving bro..

Alex Riley: I have no idea what that means.

Riddle nodded and laughed

Riddle: You think that was good? Wait until what you see what I do to Xavier Woods and then either MJF or Christian Cage.. it’s going to be straight up annihilation. You see Riley- I’m like going up with Xavier, right ? And like bro .. he kinda sucks.. so in my mind I’m like ok .. I beat him.. then I go to the finals and I face MJF or Christian Cage.. and like they kinda suck too.. especially Christian Cage.. I wish someone would put him in a cage so we never had to see him talk or fight ever again. The realization I’m coming to- is like holy guacamole I’m probably going to win this thing, and it’s not that I was surprised to beat edge it was more like, whoa bro.. there goes the last guy that’s even remotely a challenge in this tourney. Now I got a cake walk to the crown.. and I might literally take a crowned walk to cake after I win.. because cake rules.. it’s the food of a king.

Riley nodded surprised and impressed.

Alex Riley: That was actually really well said.. cake does rule.

Riddle nodded and hit him with a hang ten hand signal.

Riddle: Riley , I feel like you don’t think I’m smart .. and like bro.. I am .. I’m super smart.. I’m a borderline whiz kid when it comes to understanding situations. Xavier Woods Is the first guy up.. and I really feel like I could win this match with a blind fold on.. and like bro I haven’t worn a blindfold since I played seven minutes in heaven with Tricia Johnson.. but I’d be willing to do it.. even if Xavier tried to pull a Tricia.. I’d just be like bro.. no thanks. Then with him so close, I would proceed to dismantle him in front of the whole world, to the point that people would be like.. did you guys just see Riddle absolute crush Xavier with a blindfold on.. that guy is the raddest human alive. I’d then be like .. agreed.. thanks.. and it would be a dynamite moment, Alex.

Riley attempted to process everything that was just said, it was clear Riddle was locked in.. at least for him.

Riddle: Cool figurine bro!!

Riddle: I know what you’re going to say next. Like what about match 2? I’ve thought about it, and like I’m not really scared about that one either. We got MJF who wears scarfs in the summer like he’s doing poetry readings at a coffee shop. Or we got Christian Cage who literally has no idea what to wear or say because everything he wears is lame as hell and everything he says is worse. I’m not really sure why I should be effected by either of these guys - why would I be worried ? I’m Riddle I’m the man that’s 2-0 with a victory over an EBWF legend.. I’m the guy that shreds on a scoot and knows his way around a nice caboot. I’m the best thing to come into EBWF in a long time.. and bro.. it’s like Checkers because I’m ready for the EBWF to “king me” and feed me grapes.. I hope it’s the cotton candy kind.. those are most dope.

Riddle sat back very pleased with his comments.

Alex Riley : I mean.. agreed. Don’t take this the wrong way, Matt I just .. I guess I just underestimated you..

Riddle smiled like he had just won an argument.

Riddle: Bro like don’t even .. it’s fine ! Everyone underestimates me.. which it’s like whatevs.. look at me now ! I’m in the semi finals of the king of the ring final 4.. that means there’s only 3 dudes that stand in my way of like royalty.. I’m going to be all.. kiss the rings.. and like other things that Kings say. Xavier Woods.. he should hide in the woods.. maybe do some camping.. chestnuts roasting on an open fire.. and other camping stuff.. he should do it.. s’mores.. you’re killing me smalls.. all that woodsy stuff.. do it.. because one thing you’re not going to be doing is beating me.. Riddle.. at Total Supremacy.

Riley was nodding getting into this promo.

Alex Riley: Right on.. and MJF is just a Miz wanna be, and nobody is worse than the Miz.

Riddle thought for a second.

Riddle: The only “Whiz” I know is when I go number one.. and it’s not the worst at all/ it’s often extremely refreshing. But bro I agree .. MJF does really stink worse than a number two. Christian Cage stinks worse than a number three, and I don’t even know what that is. I’ve just gotten to a big situation bro.. and somehow I feel like I’m way to big for it. I thought it would be harder than this, I thought it would be challenging , I thought I would struggle. I just don’t see any of that taking place. I guess.. I guess I’m just going to accept it.. I’m going to win.. I’m about to be king.. its about to be dope.. I’m about to smoke dope.. and by dope I mean .. Xavier.. mjf.. maybe Christian but probably not. I’m going to light them up and get high off my victory. I can’t be stopped.. just like rockafella records.. cause I get down baby., I get down.

Alex Riley: Perfect let’s finish it then.

Riddle lit up a bowl and started smoking- he raised his eyebrows as if to say.. “here we go!”
