Matt Riddle is about to get SMOKED

OOC: Good luck to the handler of Matt Riddle. I had a lot of fun writing this RP and I think it flowed together very well, I felt like I could of went longer but I didn't want to take away from the quality. I thought this was a lot better than my RP last week, and I hope everybody enjoys what I did this week.
