An "Awesome" Lecture.

Another notch in the old belt, as the phrase went. As team Jericho dominated team Heyman at Survivor Series. The victory was capped off by a skull crushing finale courtesy of former World Heavyweight Champion and current Intercontinental Champion, The Miz. He planted Mr. Anderson in the center of the ring to put the exclamation point on his teams victory. The Miz seemed to be falling out of the main event picture, but had held the Intercontinental Title for 3 months strong, and was still very much a major player in the EBWF. His opponent Monday Night, was a man in Seth Rollins who was hungry to aquire similar success. Miz would certainly not be gung ho to let this success start by going through him, that was for damn sure.

The scene opened up in a classroom of sorts. There was a large chalkboard in the background and The Miz stood wearing a shirt and tie, and non prescription glasses to perhaps appear more studious. He had the EBWF Intercontinental Title over his right shoulder He looked right into the camera as he began.

The Miz: The business of professional wrestling is NOT an exact science. There is no secret, there is no magic formula to get to the top. It simply takes devotion, hard work, and perseverance to achieve your goals. There are NO shortcuts, there are no cheat codes, it's blood, it's sweat, it's tears, and even if you shed all three of those things sometimes YOU STILL go nowhere in this business. Some people sacrifice their entire career to gain no notoriety, no recognition, no respect. Thankfully Mizfits, I am NOT one of those people. I am one of the most known, one of the most recognized, one of the most respected men, in this entire business. I am a former World Champion, and I am the current EBWF Intercontinental Champion. To say that I worked hard to get where I am would be an understatement. I scratched, clawed, was laughed at, was joked about, was not taking seriously, but I just KEPT GOING, I pushed on and before long, I became the most must see, the most captivating superstar, I became your favorite wrestler's favorite wrestler, I became the cream of the crop, the star of stars, I became the very man you see before you today. Sure I might of step on a few toes along the way, I might have ruffled a few feathers, but I did what I had to do to get ahead, and anyone with half a brain can see that everything I've EVER done was totally worth it.

The Miz took a piece of chalk and wrote on the board. "Seth Rollins"

The Miz: Seth Rollins, does NOT have half of a brain. Seth Rollins is beyond stupid, to stand in front of all my Mizfits, and claim that my success is unearned. To claim, that I've simply turned on every person I've encountered to get ahead. Let me explain something to you Seth, everyone in this business looks out their own window. My window just happens to be on the top floor, in the big suite while yours, Seth, is and will always be in the losers lounge. You can be bitter all you want Rollins, go ahead be jealous that I'm where you will NEVER be, because I am Seth, I am at a level in this business that you will NEVER reach. All the aggression, all the dark clothing, all the intimidation attempts in the world are meaningless coming from you. The chip on your shoulder can be a mile wide, and from what I can see.. it is.. but at the end of the day.. when the lights go off, and you pull the covers around you.. you know as well as I do. that you are just NOT.. THAT.. GOOD. And no matter what you do.. or what you say.. to try to make us all think other wise, facts are facts and human nature is human nature.. and human nature says that only the strongest survive here. The EBWF is survival of the fittest, and trust me when I say this Seth, The Miz.. is and will ALWAYS BE. the dominant force in the EBWF, I am the standard, I am the measuring stick in this business. You want to show us that your worth while, you're going to have go through me to do it, and we both know that, that is just NOT going to happen.. not Monday Night.. not EVER.

The Miz wrote "dreamer" underneath Rollins name of the blackboard.

The Miz: You're a dreamer Seth. You're nothing but a kid with a desire to be noticed, a longing to matter in this business. Everything you say is laced with a bravado that leads us all to listen and think to ourselves "this guy thinks we should care about what he's saying.. but we just don't at all." Seth, I don't know who told you, that to get ahead here, you can just show up and start acting like your relevant, but let me set you straight. You become relevant when you prove that you are something more than a brash, confident for seemingly no reason at all, imbecile like you appear to be right now. You can claim I'm over confident or arrogant, but look at the facts Seth. The facts say that I am EVERYTHING I've ever claimed to be. I've held the World Championship, The Intercontinental Championship, AND the Path To Glory Championship. I sell out arenas, I steal the show, I'm the greatest of the great, and there is no evidence to prove otherwise, but what are you Seth, huh? Who are you really in the grand scheme of things? What have you done, to give you the right to come out and talk down to me.. I'll tell you who you are.

The Miz wrote "nobody" on the blackboard.

The Miz: You are nobody. You are a nobody to me Seth Rollins. In fact the most you've ever been talked about in this business is right now in this moment, because I'm simply taking time out of being amazing, to address you like this, in this setting. People are watching this right now like "well Miz keeps talking about him, maybe he does matter." To them I say, stop right there, because though I am speaking of Seth Rollins, he does not, and WILL not matter. He is simply another superstar who shows up here, hell bent on making a name for himself. Hell bent on proving that they have what it takes to be noteworthy in the EBWF.. but just like SO many before him.. Seth Rollins will fade out. Seth Rollins fade into obscurity, and will be a tiny nugget of a memory in the grand scheme of things. Seth Rollins is a dime a dozen, he is the product of someone telling him along the way that he could be somebody. Well I'm here right now in front of the world, telling you and everyone else Seth, that THEY LIED. You are not, and will not EVER be somebody. And I'll tell you what else you'll never be Seth. You'll never be someone that can talk down to me, or threaten me, without getting beaten to within an inch of your life. You may think, that I'm nothing but a man with a hollywood persona, and a massive ego, but Seth, I breath for this business. It's the last thing I think about before I go to bed, and the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning.. and I'll be damned, if I let some punk kid like you come in and make promises of what he's going to do to me. Make claims of what I am.. LABEL ME. Really? Really Seth, you think that's what's best for you right now, is to come out and label me... really?

The Miz wrote "crazy" on the blackboard.

The Miz: You must be crazy Seth, you've gotta be nuts.. You've got to be tapped to think that you've earned the stripes to be able to do that. That you've earned the right, to refer to me as anything but your superior. To refer to me as anything but "sir." Or "Champ" Or "Oh Awesome One." You may have your opinions as to who I am Seth, but it's obvious that you don't know me as well as you may think. So with that said let me tell you EXACTLY who you are facing this Monday Night. Let me tell you exactly what you've gotten yourself into. You are facing a man, who not only loves this business, but IS this business. You are facing a man, who's mastered his craft, a man who listened to all your ranting and raving and responded very simply with one big fat.. "pfft." Because Seth on Monday Night, you are facing a man that you simply CAN. NOT. BEAT. To tell you that I'm out of your league would be the biggest understatement this company has ever seen. You may think I'm the problem around here, and that I represent the "injustice" that you and your boyfriend Dean, are here to fight. Well la dee da, color me shocked, two more nobodies that want to whine about the current chain of command in the EBWF.. real original. Seth, if you want to change things around here, put some decorations up in the locker room. Spray it with fabreeze or something, because it stinks in there.. but don't claim that you are going to make any significant changes to who rules the roost around here, because you aren't and will never be SIGNIFICANT enough to make any such changes. The sooner you figure that out the better, and that my friend, is where I come in.

The Miz wrote "enlightenment" on the board.

The Miz: This Monday Night, I will enlighten you, I will open your eyes, I will help you face the reality that you've seemed to lose touch with somewhere along the way. The reality that says that your Seth Rollins and I'm The Miz.. and that we all must call a spade a spade, and in this case the spade is a mismatch, a massacre waiting to happen, a statement that goes without saying, but will be made regardless. That statement being that though the EBWF, is a land of opportunity, a place where virtually anything can happen on any given Monday or Sunday, there are still some certainties. There are still somethings that as a fan you can hang your hat on.. and one of those things, for as sure as I'm sitting here, is that Seth Rollins has in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM even the slightest chance to walk out of warfare with a victory over The Miz. I don't know the complete value of pi, I don't know the cure for cancer, or how to make the Cleveland Cavaliers successful without Lebron James, but if there's one thing I do know, if there's one thing that I can be completely sure of, if there's ones thing I can truly hang my hat on, it's the fact that you Seth Rollins have no business being in the ring with me. I can say with complete and utter confidence that Seth Rollins vs. The Miz is NOT only not a fair fight, but it's a death sentence, an END, to a career of a man who carries himself like he's just getting started. You may have the desire to paint a different picture of this company, but you simply don't have a paint brush big enough to get rid of me Seth. I'm here to stay, I'm a constant, I'm going nowhere.. and the only violence that is going to take place in our match Monday Night.. is violence that is going to be issued out.. BY.. ME.
