Oedo Tai-me again

At first there's nothing but the EBWF logo front and center. Just a moment later lightning can be heard and we see the words "OEDO TAI" spray painted over it. Equally as suddenly the camera pans down, revealing that the defaced logo was painted on a banner hanging from the wall. Standing just below it are Mina Shirakawa, Himeka and the once-again Women's Champion Tam Nakano. Tam grins as she prominently shows off the belt, strapped around her chest like a beauty queen's sash.

TAM NAKANO: "I told you! I told you this was going to happen at Gateway to Glory. But you didn't want to listen to Tam. You wanted to keep on believing in the fairy tale reign of The Man. When it came down to it, Becky just couldn't outsmart the greatest wrestler in the world. The Final Boss shoved her back through the gateway and into the alley where trash like her belongs. And now a new era begins on EBWF. The sequel to the greatest reign in this company's history!"

She motions to the two women at her side with a mother's pride. Mina smiles seductively while Himeka looks amused by the situation.

TAM NAKANO: "And it seems like Tam gets to play with that worn out old ragdoll named Alexa Bliss. I'm shocked she had that much life left after the constant brutality Oedo Tai has unleashed on her. But I guess she's no different than the rest of you, claiming to hate us while secretly never being able to get enough of us. I'll address her so-called challenge another time. For now these ladies get to have some fun."

She taps the pair on the shoulder, effectively tagging them in. Himeka looks to Mina, who nods back to cede the first words to her.

HIMEKA: "Liv N Bliss again. I thought they literally broke up after they came at us last time."

MINA SHIRAKAWA: "The marvels of modern medicine!"

HIMEKA: "Must be! Either that or these two are - what did you call them?"

MINA SHIRAKAWA: "Masochists."

HIMEKA: "Exactly. They love getting their butts kicked and their spirits broken. Guess they're in luck, because Oedo Tai is happy to do them a solid. Alexa especially. I know she must think she's hot stuff after earning a title shot at the biggest show of the year. But is she even going to make it there? I wonder if her bones break more easily after all the times they've been battered. Maybe I'll give her an all expenses paid trip to the concrete outside the ring."

The powerhouse and Tam throw back their heads and laugh at the thought. Mina step forward, twirling a strand of hair around a finger.

MINA SHIRAKAWA: "Liv will try to stop that, but will anyone care? I mean, what Tam said about her before is right. Girl's a sidekick, a background character who you're surprised gets any lines. The only thing she's achieved in EBWF is being an expert at coming in second. She does it better than anyone, be it in matches or in a personality contest! And tonight we'll certainly help her do it again."

She seals the promise with a wink, and Tam steps up to join them again.

TAM NAKANO: "After how much we've dominated them, they must absolutely despise us. We've basically killed Rebellious Angels! And while they might hate us-"

All three members of Oedo Tai smile in unison.

OEDO TAI: "They'll never be better than us."
