Mauro Ranallo: Good evening folks and welcome to EBWF Fanniversary.
Nigel McGuinness: Tonight EBWF celebrates 23 years of excellence in professional wrestling.
Mauro Ranallo: And harkening back to our extreme days our opening match is a Falls Count Anywhere match!
The bell rang, and the Falls Count Anywhere match between Jon Moxley and Christian Cage was underway. The crowd roared, anticipating the chaos that only Moxley could bring and the cunning that had kept Christian Cage as the reigning EBWF Breakout Champion.
Mauro Ranallo: Mama mia! This one is going to be an all-out war! A Falls Count Anywhere match for the EBWF Breakout Championship. Anything goes, Nigel!
Nigel McGuinness: Absolutely, Mauro! We’ve got two of the most unpredictable athletes in this company. There’s no telling where this will end up!
Moxley wasted no time, charging at Cage and hammering him with stiff forearms, forcing him into the corner. Cage tried to cover up, but Moxley was relentless, alternating between wild punches and vicious knee strikes. Christian managed to duck out of the ring, shaking his head and trying to regroup. But Moxley followed, grabbing him by the head and slamming him face-first into the barricade. The fans leaned over, eager to catch every brutal blow.
Mauro Ranallo: Moxley is on a tear tonight! He’s taking the fight straight to Christian Cage!
Moxley went for another strike, but Cage countered with a thumb to the eye, stopping Moxley in his tracks. Christian took advantage, grabbing Moxley and whipping him into the steel steps with a thunderous crash. Moxley writhed in pain, clutching his shoulder, while Cage took a moment to catch his breath and plot his next move.
Nigel McGuinness: Brilliant strategy from Christian Cage! He knows he has to be crafty to survive a brawler like Moxley in a match like this.
Christian smirked, reaching under the ring to retrieve a steel chair. As Moxley struggled to his feet, Cage swung the chair with full force, cracking it across Moxley’s back. Moxley staggered forward, gritting his teeth in pain, but Cage showed no mercy, swinging the chair again and catching him in the ribs. Moxley fell to his knees, and Christian quickly went for the cover.

Kickout!
Moxley kicked out, refusing to stay down. Cage’s frustration was evident as he dragged Moxley up, leading him around the ringside area and tossing him over the barricade into the crowd. The fans parted as Cage stalked after his opponent, and Moxley stumbled to his feet, trying to shake off the blows. Christian took a moment to taunt the crowd, his confident grin infuriating the fans. But his cockiness gave Moxley the opening he needed; he lunged forward, tackling Cage and driving him onto the concrete floor.
Mauro Ranallo: Moxley’s back in control! And he’s taking the fight right into the heart of the audience!
Both men traded punches as they weaved through the crowd, Moxley’s raw power against Cage’s calculated strikes. Moxley grabbed a nearby trash can, lifting it over his head and smashing it down onto Cage’s back. Cage collapsed, and Moxley went for the cover in the middle of the fans.

Kickout!
Cage kicked out just in time, and Moxley pounded the floor in frustration. Dragging Cage to his feet, Moxley pushed him toward a staircase that led up into the arena’s second level. The fans went wild as both men ascended, their brawl spilling into the stands. Cage, desperate, threw a series of elbows into Moxley’s ribs, creating enough space to shove Moxley hard against the railing. Moxley teetered but grabbed onto Cage’s arm, pulling him down in a modified armbar right there on the steps.
Mauro Ranallo: Look at Moxley! He’s got Cage in an armbar! He’s not just a brawler—he’s got the technique to match!
Cage writhed in pain, his arm trapped, but he managed to reach up with his free hand, clawing at Moxley’s face to break the hold. Moxley released him, blinking as he tried to recover. Cage, favoring his arm, backed away quickly, but Moxley pressed forward, dragging Cage toward a nearby concession stand. The employees behind the counter scrambled out of the way as Moxley slammed Cage’s head into the counter, then grabbed a bag of popcorn and dumped it over Cage’s head.
Nigel McGuinness: Moxley with a bit of fun here, but I don’t think Cage finds it amusing!
Cage wiped the popcorn away, fury flashing in his eyes. He grabbed a soda bottle from the counter and smashed it over Moxley’s head, sending Moxley crashing backward. Taking advantage, Cage lifted Moxley and dropped him onto a table, which shattered under the impact. The crowd gasped, and Cage covered Moxley amidst the wreckage.

Kickout!
Moxley kicked out again, and Cage let out a frustrated yell. He pulled Moxley to his feet, leading him back toward the arena floor. The two made their way down the steps, exchanging strikes the entire way. Once they reached ringside, Christian drove Moxley into the steel ring post, then rolled him onto the apron. Cage climbed up, setting Moxley up for a suplex, but Moxley fought back, shoving Cage off the apron and onto the floor below. With a burst of adrenaline, Moxley jumped down, grabbing Cage and dragging him up the entrance ramp. The two exchanged blows as they made their way up the ramp, each strike echoing throughout the arena. Near the top, Moxley hooked Cage for his signature Paradigm Shift, but Cage countered, backdropping Moxley onto the steel ramp. Moxley groaned, clutching his back as Cage struggled to his feet, his eyes locking onto a nearby camera crane.
Nigel McGuiness: Oh no! What’s Cage planning here?
Christian climbed onto the crane, using it to steady himself as he watched Moxley try to get to his feet. Then, with a wild look in his eyes, Cage launched himself off the crane, landing a massive diving crossbody onto Moxley. The two men lay sprawled on the ramp, and Christian, using every ounce of energy, draped an arm over Moxley.

Kickout!
Somehow, Moxley kicked out, and the crowd erupted.
Mauro Ranallo: Unbelievable resilience from Jon Moxley! He refuses to stay down!
Christian, now visibly enraged, got to his feet and grabbed Moxley, dragging him back toward the ring. Rolling Moxley inside, Cage signaled for the Killswitch, knowing this had to be the end. He lifted Moxley, but Moxley slipped out, shoving Cage into the ropes. Moxley caught him on the rebound, planting him with a snap DDT that left Cage motionless. Sensing victory, Moxley climbed the turnbuckle, raising his arms as the crowd cheered. He leaped off, aiming for a diving elbow, but Cage rolled out of the way at the last second, and Moxley crashed to the mat. Cage seized the moment, grabbing Moxley and hitting a sudden, devastating Killswitch. Christian covered Moxley, hooking both legs.

The bell rang, and Christian Cage’s theme music blared through the arena as the referee raised his hand in victory. The fans, though split on the outcome, gave both men a standing ovation.
Mauro Ranallo: Christian Cage retains! What an incredible match! Christian Cage has proven once again why he’s the EBWF Breakout Champion!
Nigel McGuinness: It took everything Christian Cage had, but he did it. Jon Moxley pushed him to his absolute limit, but in the end, the champion found a way.
Christian Cage staggered to his feet, holding his title high as he glanced back at Moxley, who was beginning to stir, battered but defiant. Christian had survived the war and walked out still champion, but everyone knew this was a rivalry far from over.
Mauro Ranallo: Up next, we’ve got the cold-hearted handsome devil Hook in action as he challenges Damian Priest for the Gateway Championship!
“To The Wolves” by Stitched Up Heart hit, and the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Damian Priest made his way to the ring. When Hook was in the ring, “The Chairman’s Intent” by Action Bronson hit and the crowd buzzed with anticipation as Hook headed to the ring. Hook had a look of quiet intensity on his face as he focused his gaze on Priest, who was standing tall and looking every bit the formidable champion. As he met Hook’s glare, Priest reacted with a cold smirk. When Hook was on the ring, the referee called for the bell, and the two competitors circled each other, each sizing up the other in a tense moment of calm before the storm. The two men then locked up in the center of the ring, with Priest using his size and strength advantage to back Hook into the corner. Hook, however, slipped free, quickly transitioning into a waist lock and attempting to wrestle Priest down. Priest widened his base, breaking Hook’s grip and twisting around to deliver a sharp elbow to Hook’s jaw. Hook stumbled back, momentarily dazed, but he quickly shook it off and charged at Priest with a sudden burst of speed, aiming to catch the champion off guard.
Mauro Ranallo: The challenger is showing no fear, taking the fight right to Damian Priest!
Nigel McGuinness: Hook knows he has to use that speed and tenacity if he wants any chance against the powerhouse that is Damian Priest.
Hook managed to land a quick series of strikes, connecting with a hard uppercut that staggered Priest. Seeing his chance, Hook grabbed Priest’s arm and whipped him into the ropes. Hook went for a clothesline, but Priest ducked, rebounding off the opposite ropes to deliver a leaping forearm that sent Hook sprawling to the mat. Priest followed up, lifting Hook to his feet and attempting to hoist him up for a suplex, but Hook blocked it, hooking his leg around Priest’s to stop the move. With impressive technique, Hook countered, slipping behind Priest and locking in the Redrum, a tribute to his father’s finishing hold. The crowd roared as Priest struggled, trying to pry Hook’s arms from around his neck.
Mauro Ranallo: Hook’s got Redrum locked in! Could he make Damian Priest tap out here tonight?
Nigel McGuinness: If Priest can’t break free, we might be looking at a new EBWF Gateway Champion!
Priest’s face contorted with effort as he staggered towards the ropes, his hand reaching out for salvation. Just when it seemed he might tap, Priest summoned the last bit of his strength and managed to back up into the corner, slamming Hook against the turnbuckles to break the hold. Hook crumpled to the mat, gasping for air, while Priest shook off the effects of the Redrum. Taking advantage of his opening, Priest dragged Hook back to the center of the ring and delivered a series of brutal kicks to Hook’s chest. Each blow echoed throughout the arena, and the crowd winced with each impact. Priest then lifted Hook for a sidewalk slam, planting him hard on the canvas.
Mauro Ranallo: Damian Priest is using every ounce of his strength to wear down the resilient Hook!
Nigel McGuinness: This young challenger may be tough, but Priest is showing why he’s the Gateway Champion!
Despite the punishment, Hook pulled himself up, visibly in pain but refusing to back down. Priest charged forward, looking to finish the match, but Hook ducked under Priest’s arm and countered with a belly-to-back suplex, sending the champion crashing to the mat. Hook pounced, locking in an armbar, desperately trying to keep Priest down. Priest roared in frustration, using his power to lift Hook up and slam him down, breaking the hold. Hook got to his feet, but Priest was ready, driving a knee into Hook’s midsection and setting him up for his signature move. Hook, drained but defiant, struggled against Priest’s grip, but Priest muscled him up and brought him crashing down with the Razor’s Edge! The impact was thunderous, and Hook lay motionless as Priest covered him for the pin.
1… 2… 3!
The referee called for the bell, and Priest stood victorious, his arm raised as he reclaimed his Gateway Championship belt.
Mauro Ranallo: Hook put up one hell of a fight, but Damian Priest was just too much for him tonight!
Nigel McGuinness: You have to respect the heart of Hook, but sometimes, heart just isn’t enough against a force like Damian Priest.
As Priest celebrated, Hook slowly sat up, a mixture of disappointment and determination in his eyes. The crowd applauded him, recognizing the effort he’d given against a superior opponent. Priest nodded respectfully towards Hook, then made his way to the back as a video package began to play promoting the next match.
“Young Punks” by Mass Lines hit, and the crowd went wild as Zack Sabre Jr. made his way to the ring for the next match.
Mauro Ranallo: We have a “first ever” contest coming up next, and if you’re a fan of technical wrestling you are in for a treat! The IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, and arguably the greatest technical wrestler in the world today, Zack Sabre Jr, goes one on one with the larger than life living legend, Chris Jericho!
Nigel McGuinness: Not only will this be an exciting contest, Mauro, but the stakes are high too… if Jericho beats Zack Sabre Jr. tonight, he will challenge Sabre Jr. for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom!
When ZSJ was in the ring, “Judas” by Fozzy hit and the cheers of the crowd got louder as Chris Jericho headed to the ring. The atmosphere was electric as Jericho stepped into the ring, his eyes locked on ZSJ. As the bell rang, the two men circled one another, each man knowing the other was a master of holds and counters. They then locked up in the center of the ring, testing each other’s strength and technique. Just when it looked like Jericho was about to overpower his opponent, ZSJ quickly ducked behind Jericho, applying a wrist lock and twisting Jericho’s arm with precision. Jericho winced but rolled through, reversing the hold and wrenching Sabre’s arm in return.
Mauro Ranallo: Chris Jericho once called himself “The Man of 1,004 Holds”, but Zack Sabre Jr. just might have a few more tricks up his sleeve!
Nigel McGuinness: Absolutely, Mauro. These two are masters of the mat game, and they’re putting on a technical clinic tonight!
ZSJ grinned as he transitioned into a headlock, cranking down on Jericho’s neck, but Jericho countered by slipping out and applying a hammerlock. Sabre twisted his body, sliding into a unique escape and taking Jericho down with a Fujiwara armbar. Jericho winced, his hand hovering above the mat, but he managed to maneuver his legs under him, shifting his weight and reversing the hold into a pinning predicament. ZSJ kicked out at two, but Jericho rolled him into a side headlock, determined to keep the champion grounded.
Mauro Ranallo: Jericho isn’t just surviving here; he’s matching Sabre hold for hold!
Nigel McGuinness: Jericho may have reinvented himself countless times, but his technical prowess is as sharp as ever!
The back-and-forth contest continued, with ZSJ targeting Jericho’s limbs with precision. ZSJ locked in an octopus stretch, bending Jericho’s body in unnatural ways. Jericho gritted his teeth, fighting the pain, and managed to grab the ropes, forcing the break. But ZSJ was relentless, immediately wrapping Jericho up in a leglock, wrenching his knee and ankle with ruthless precision. Jericho, however, showed his resilience and technical skill, countering ZSJ’s attacks with some impressive moves of his own. When ZSJ attempted a European clutch pin, Jericho rolled through and transitioned into the Liontamer, wrenching back with all his might. The crowd erupted as ZSJ squirmed and clawed his way toward the ropes.
Mauro Ranallo: The Liontamer! Jericho’s got it locked in! Could this be it?
Nigel McGuinness: Zack Sabre Jr. might be a submission specialist, but he’s in deep trouble here, Mauro!
ZSJ, visibly struggling, inched closer to the ropes, eventually grabbing hold and forcing Jericho to break the hold. Both men were now visibly fatigued but undeterred, each one determined to walk away the victor. They exchanged a flurry of strikes, with ZSJ’s lightning-quick uppercuts colliding with Jericho’s forearms. Suddenly, ZSJ ducked a lariat attempt and caught Jericho in a guillotine choke, applying immense pressure. Jericho, refusing to give up, powered his way out of the choke and hoisted Sabre up for a suplex, but Sabre twisted in mid-air and landed on his feet. Before Jericho could react, ZSJ caught him in a front facelock and lifted him into the air, dropping him with the Sabre Driver. The crowd gasped as ZSJ covered Jericho.
1… 2… Jericho kicked out!
Mauro Ranallo: Unbelievable! Chris Jericho kicks out after the Sabre Driver!
Nigel McGuinness: The sheer heart of Jericho is on display, but can he survive another one of those?
ZSJ shook his head, clearly impressed by Jericho’s resilience, but he wasted no time. He pulled Jericho to his feet, signaling for a second Sabre Driver. With a look of grim determination, ZSJ lifted Jericho once more, driving him into the mat with pinpoint precision. This time, Jericho was motionless as ZSJ covered him.
1… 2… 3!
The bell rang, and ZSJ was declared the victor. The audience gave a standing ovation as Sabre extended his hand, and Jericho, though clearly disappointed, took it. The two men shared a respectful nod before ZSJ exited the ring, leaving Jericho alone to soak in the crowd’s appreciation.
Mauro Ranallo: What a match! Chris Jericho gave it everything he had, but Zack Sabre Jr. proved why he’s the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion!
Nigel McGuinness: And what a show of respect between these two warriors. You rarely see that level of sportsmanship in the ring.
As Jericho took a moment to catch his breath, the lights suddenly dimmed, and the arena was filled with an eerie silence. A figure in all black slipped into the ring – the infamous “Man in Black” who had been tormenting Jericho for months. Before Jericho could react, the Man in Black attacked, delivering a brutal assault that sent Jericho crashing to the mat. Security flooded the ring, but the Man in Black quickly escaped through the crowd, leaving Jericho writhing on the canvas, visibly shaken.
Mauro Ranallo: The Man in Black strikes again! This masked figure continues to make Chris Jericho’s life a living hell!
Nigel McGuinness: Who is this man, and what does he want with Jericho? This is madness, Mauro!
The arena buzzed with anticipation as the bell rang, signaling the start of the EBWF Women’s Championship match between Tam Nakano and Alexa Bliss. The fans were on the edge of their seats, knowing both Rebellious Angels and Oedo Tai were banned from ringside, ensuring a one-on-one showdown.
Mauro Ranallo: Tonight, it’s all about honor and skill. Two of the most tenacious women in wrestling, battling it out for the EBWF Women’s Championship!
Nigel McGuinness: Absolutely, Mauro. This one promises to be an absolute classic, with two of the best at their craft!
The two competitors circled each other in the ring, their eyes locked in intense focus. Alexa smirked confidently, while Tam maintained a steely calm. They locked up in a test of strength, but Alexa, ever the cunning fighter, quickly shifted to a side headlock, wrenching Tam’s neck and keeping her close. Tam struggled for a moment, then used her agility to shove Alexa off into the ropes. On the rebound, Tam dropped low, then leaped into a beautiful dropkick that caught Alexa square in the chest.
Mauro Ranallo: Picture-perfect dropkick from Tam Nakano! This woman’s precision is unreal.
Alexa staggered back but recovered quickly, feigning a grimace before lunging forward with a clothesline. Tam ducked under it and spun around, landing a stiff kick to Alexa’s midsection. Seizing the opportunity, Tam whipped Alexa into the corner, charging in with a running knee strike that rocked Bliss. Alexa slumped against the turnbuckle, and Tam ascended to the second rope, raining down punches as the crowd counted along. But Alexa, ever the strategist, shoved Tam off, sending her sprawling to the mat. Bliss wasted no time, climbing up to the top turnbuckle. She launched herself off, aiming for a diving crossbody. Tam, however, rolled through the move, catching Alexa in mid-air and pinning her shoulders down for a quick two-count.
Nigel McGuinness: Close call there for Bliss! Tam Nakano nearly stole the victory right then and there!
Both women got to their feet quickly, and this time Alexa took control, landing a vicious forearm shot that sent Tam reeling. Bliss followed up with a snap DDT, planting Tam’s head into the mat. She hooked the leg, going for a cover, but Tam kicked out at two. Alexa, visibly frustrated, mounted Tam and rained down punches, showing her trademark vicious side. She stood up, giving the crowd a wicked smile before grabbing Tam’s arm and attempting to lock in a modified crossface. Tam struggled, her face twisted in pain, but she used her legs to inch towards the ropes, finally hooking her foot around the bottom rope. The referee called for the break, and Alexa reluctantly let go, casting a quick glare at the official.
Mauro Ranallo: Alexa Bliss showing her ruthless side tonight. She’s willing to do whatever it takes to walk out of here with that championship.
As Alexa taunted the crowd, Tam pulled herself up, the fire in her eyes unmistakable. She charged at Alexa, delivering a sharp forearm to the jaw, then followed with a spinning backfist that sent Bliss stumbling. Sensing an opening, Tam hit the ropes and came off with a ferocious enzuigiri, catching Alexa flush on the temple. Alexa collapsed, and Tam quickly went for the cover, but Bliss kicked out at two.
Mauro Ranallo: These two are giving it everything they have! You can feel the energy in this arena tonight!
Both women were visibly exhausted, each exchange more brutal than the last. Alexa pulled herself up using the ropes, only for Tam to grab her arm, whipping her into the opposite corner. Tam ran towards her and hit a beautiful running knee, then hoisted Alexa up to the top turnbuckle. The crowd roared, anticipating something big.
Nigel McGuinness: Looks like Tam’s going for a superplex!
Tam climbed up, setting Alexa up for the high-impact move, but Alexa fought back, hitting Tam with a series of stiff forearms. Tam nearly fell but managed to hang on. With a final surge of energy, Tam powered through, lifting Alexa and executing a spectacular avalanche suplex. Both women lay sprawled on the mat as the crowd chanted, “This is awesome!” Tam rolled over, draping an arm over Alexa for the cover, but once again, Bliss managed to kick out at the very last second. Tam’s expression shifted from exhaustion to resolve. She knew what needed to be done. Slowly, she pulled herself to her feet and signaled for her finisher, the Twilight Dream. The crowd was electric, and Alexa, dazed and barely able to stand, turned into Tam’s grasp. Tam lifted Alexa and dropped her with the Twilight Dream, the impact reverberating through the arena.
Mauro Ranallo: Twilight Dream! Twilight Dream!
Tam hooked the leg tightly, and the referee counted: One… two… three!
Nigel McGuinness: An absolutely incredible match, Mauro. Tam Nakano has proven herself tonight as a champion worthy of that title!”
With the championship held high above her head, Tam Nakano basked in the moment, as a hype video for the world championship match began to play.
The lights dimmed, and the fans at EBWF Fanniversary erupted as the main event got underway. It was CM Punk, the reigning EBWF World Champion, defending his title against The Miz. The stakes were high, and the atmosphere was electric. As The Miz made his entrance, he was flanked by Mickie James-Mizanin and Matthew Riddle, his stablemates from Bro Awesome. The trio strode down the ramp, with Mickie and Riddle hyping up the crowd as Miz basked in their attention.
Mauro Ranallo: This is the biggest night of the year, and the stakes couldn’t be higher! CM Punk, the Straight Edge Superstar, defending his World Championship against a very confident Miz—accompanied by Bro Awesome!
Nigel McGuinness: There’s no telling what Bro Awesome will try to pull here tonight. Miz has a clear advantage, but Punk won’t back down easily!
Punk’s music hit, and he walked down the ramp with an intense gaze, his title over his shoulder. He climbed into the ring, holding up the championship for all to see. The Miz smirked from across the ring, eyeing the prize as the referee took the belt and held it high. The bell rang, and both men immediately locked up, testing each other’s strength and balance.Miz tried to use his momentum to force Punk into the corner, but Punk quickly slipped behind him, grabbing Miz’s waist and taking him down with a snap suplex. Punk wasted no time, rolling through and applying a headlock, trying to keep Miz grounded. Miz struggled, squirming out of the hold and countering with a knee to Punk’s gut.
Mauro Ranallo: Miz is crafty, Nigel, he’s going to do whatever it takes to take that title home tonight.
Miz followed up with a quick DDT, planting Punk into the mat and going for an early pin.

Mickie and Riddle cheered him on from ringside, taunting Punk as Miz hit the ropes and connected with a running knee, sending Punk stumbling into the corner. With Punk backed against the turnbuckles, Miz charged forward, looking for his signature corner clothesline. But Punk dodged at the last second, and Miz collided chest-first into the corner. Punk seized the opportunity, grabbing Miz and delivering a flurry of rapid elbow strikes. The crowd roared as Punk hit a spinning roundhouse kick, knocking Miz to the mat.
Nigel McGuinness: Punk is firing on all cylinders now! The Miz needs to find a way to stop this momentum.
Punk went for the cover.

Miz kicked out, and Punk nodded, taking it in stride. He lifted Miz, signaling to the crowd for the GTS. The arena came alive, but before Punk could execute the move, Riddle jumped onto the apron, shouting at him. Punk released Miz, turning his attention to Riddle with a look of irritation.
Mauro Ranallo: What’s Riddle doing up there? The referee needs to get him off the apron!
The referee moved toward Riddle, telling him to get down, but this provided the perfect distraction for Miz, who took advantage by hitting a low blow on Punk, doubling him over in pain. With a grin, Miz grabbed Punk and hit a quick neckbreaker, leaving the champion sprawled on the mat. The referee turned back to see Miz covering Punk and dropped for the count.

Punk managed to kick out, and the crowd let out a cheer. Frustrated, Miz exchanged a glance with Mickie at ringside, who gave him an encouraging nod. He pulled Punk to his feet, setting him up for the Skull-Crushing Finale. But Punk countered, slipping behind Miz and shoving him into the ropes, then catching him with a knee to the face on the rebound. With Miz staggered, Punk lifted him onto his shoulders, setting up for the GTS. But as Punk turned, Miz wriggled, struggling out of his grasp, and as he fell, his foot hit the referee, knocking him down.
Mauro Ranallo: Oh no! The referee is down! This could be very bad news for CM Punk!
Nigel McGuinness: With Bro Awesome out here, you know they’re going to take advantage of this situation!
The referee lay motionless on the mat, and Punk looked down, realizing what had happened. He glanced back toward Riddle and Mickie, but before he could react, Riddle slid into the ring, charging at Punk and hitting him with a brutal knee strike to the side of the head. Punk collapsed, dazed from the sneak attack. The crowd booed loudly, but Riddle ignored them, dragging Miz over to Punk’s fallen body.
Mauro Ranallo: This is absolutely despicable! Bro Awesome is stealing this match right in front of our eyes!
With Miz draped over Punk, Riddle exited the ring, feigning innocence as he cheered on his stablemate. Slowly, the referee began to stir, crawling over and seeing Miz covering Punk. The referee started the count, his hand hitting the mat sluggishly.

Punk barely managed to lift his shoulder, and the crowd erupted with cheers, relieved that he was still in the match. Punk rallied, delivering a rapid series of punches and kicks that sent Miz reeling. He whipped Miz into the ropes and caught him with a clothesline, then quickly followed up with a scoop slam, grounding him. Punk noticed him at the last second and dropped Miz, charging at Riddle with a flying elbow that knocked him out of the ring.
Nigel McGuiness: Punk’s taking out the trash! But can he keep up with Bro Awesome’s interference?
As Punk turned back toward Miz, Mickie James grabbed his leg from ringside, pulling at him just enough to throw him off balance. Punk turned to confront her, but Miz seized the opening, springing forward and hitting a desperate Skull-Crushing Finale on Punk. Miz covered Punk, hooking the leg as the dazed referee slowly counted.

Desperate, Miz dragged Punk to his feet and attempted another Skull-Crushing Finale. This time, Punk broke free, delivering a kick to Miz’s midsection, doubling him over. But before Punk could capitalize, Riddle slid back into the ring with the referee still groggy and drove his knee into Punk’s spine, stunning him long enough for Miz to grab him again. With a smirk, Miz hit a final, emphatic Skull-Crushing Finale, covering Punk as Riddle exited the ring. The referee, still dazed but aware enough, counted.

The bell rang, and Miz’s music blasted through the arena as the crowd erupted in boos. The Miz sat up, a wide grin spreading across his face as he realized he had done it. The referee handed him the EBWF World Championship, and Miz held it high, soaking in the moment as Mickie and Riddle joined him in the ring.
Mauro Ranallo: Miz did it! Thanks to Bro Awesome, The Miz is the new EBWF World Champion!
Nigel McGuinness: That was highway robbery, Mauro. CM Punk fought valiantly, but the numbers game caught up to him.
As Punk lay defeated, Miz paraded around the ring, celebrating with Bro Awesome. The biggest night of the year had ended with The Miz standing tall, the EBWF World Championship now in his hands.
