-It appears that the interim CEO of EBWF, Chris Jericho, has hit the ground running on making improvements to the EBWF where needed. Christmas Eve of Destruction was considered by many to be a five star production, one of the best PPV events in months.
-It also appears that Jericho has turned his eye to the hemorrhaging Women's Division, which has suffered since the departure of several of its top tier players such as Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, Torrie Wilson, and others. The division also lost Natalya for the foreseeable future, who was in line to make a bid for the Women's Championship before news broke that she is in a relationship with Wes Ikeda and is also pregnant. Jericho is looking to bring more women into the fold, and is thought to be looking out to the independent scene with such recent acquisitions as Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews.
-The mystery vignette that aired right after the Women's Championship unification match at Christmas Eve of Destruction was another endeavor to bolster the division and bring some interest back, several sources say. Although the mystery Diva who will be revealed for the vignette has yet to be officially named, some spectulation that it could be the return of Daffney, or possibly another run for Lita as EBWF starts down the three month road to Wrestlemania.
